Sugestions on how to find a good hosting company?

Hi guys! i see you know what you are talking about )). can you help me to choose a reliable hoster? i am now with ultimahosts.net, but they suck. my site was down for 7 hours during the day without any sign of action from their side. so i'm quite pissed off now.
here are the requirements that ideal hoster should meet:
* ASP.NET 2.0 hosting with MicroSoft SQL Server 2005.
* Ajax.Net.
* better if it's Virtual Dedicated Server or Virtual Private Server with administrative hoster.
* i have several sites, so they all must be within one space. one of them is based on CommerceStarterKit, so it needs full trust.
* one SQL base should be 200MB, so are the others.
* there should be support access to SQL server through Microsoft Management Studio.
* and the most important - SKYPE or othere messenger 7/24 support, not only tickets or e-mail. that is because i'm in GMT +2 zone and when you're guys peacefully sleeping, we are here sweating and vice versa. )) so i really need to know that there is somebody to help me to revive my site any time it is down.
i would appreciate any comments, tips!
