Does anyone know where I can get a general Terms and Conditions template which I can modify for my hosting company.

I'll have an internet lawyer create the entire thing eventually, but for now I'd like to find a general one which I can modify and extend for my specific application.

I doubt it. Any host worth their salt has tailored their TOS/AUP to their niche, business and/or needs.

Casey,

Just for guideline, you may locate a bunch of the most organized, well established companies which offer services most identical to what you're offering. I think you can be able to make your TOS as per the guideline which is most identical with your offering.

Some of the smart guys use to copy the TOS quite same, even their mistakes are also identical, it's ridiculous. :)

Now there's a contradiction in terms if ever there was one ...

Suppose If you're going to hire a consultant or a lawyer they'll do the same thing as you're supposed to do. However there'll be always a contradiction on both ways.

As the consultants are people who borrow your watch to tell you what time it is, then walk off with the watch. :)

Thanks all.

I think I've got a place to start now.
