I'm with a decent host right now. No ads. 100mb, 1gb bandwidth, great customer support, cgi, php etc etc etc

Only problem is they have a stupid 500kb file size limit which bugs the **** outta me because I just spent the past week working on my flash movie with sound and now it won't play the sound! I really wanted to get it up and now I can't. If you guys know a good host with reasonable fire size limits please fill me in. It wouldn't hurt to have sendmail as well.

Your best bet is to look in this topic and search around the hosting section of this forum as this question has been asked sooo many times.

Another option.... If you have any sounds that are simply looping you can separate them from the main movie and use loadMovie or the load Sound command in flash. Making your flash file more modular will often decrease your load times aswell.
