the perfect web host

please i need a perfect web host that can give me the following in one suitable package.

1) forum system - i mean something i will just add up at the control panel that will give me http://www.mydomain.com/forum that will also allow me upload a banner to the forum.

2) Newsletter system - i am thinking of using a remotely hosted newsletter service where people can just enter their email on my site but if i get a server that can generate a code and do all that at once it will be a lot better

3) Diskpace not less than 500MB

4) Data transfer of not less than 5G

And most important for budget sake it shouldn't cost more than $120per year.
