Transfer phpBB to another server (is it possible?)

I want to run a phpBB, but I am worried that when I want to transfer my site to another machine my forum will no longer work.

Is there an easy way to transfer a forum to another machine/server? (SQL data and all)

Just be sure your new host supports phpbb and do a full backup of it. You could even remote FTP it, which would be ideal.
