Hey guys, I use Premium service on http://www.freewebs.com and I have 200 mb of webspace, 1,500mb monthly bandwidth, and DNS hosting/Domain name for $59 a year. Is this a good deal? I am a new webmaster so I am not very wise about this kinda stuff yet.

Are you happy with the service? If you are happy with them it seems you've made a great choice. If not then maybe you might want to reconsider it.

What works best for you is, well the best choice for you.

I have to agree with Harry, sometimes the best deal is the one where you are happy with the service you get.

It does seem a lot to pay for just 20meg of space but if thats plenty for you and they treat you great then stick with them :D

Man i used freewebs for a site once. They are annoying because they dont let you use mySQL databases, email, and some other things without paying extra. For 5 email boxes, they want 10 bucks a month! Also, their web stats are pretty awful. Their customer service is also pretty bad.

But for the actual hosting, they are pretty fast and I never had a problem. So if you dont need email or any of the other extras, then you are fine.

Yeah I only use it for a personal very very small site so I not in need of emails......since its the only host I've ever used I have nothing to compare it to. But it seems good to me so I guess I like it :)
