cikakure there are tons of hsphere demos online, just google it.

Also freeVPS is great.

From your experience should i seek for companies with H-Sphere CP?

I found the H-Sphere and the CPanel demo and i liked H-SPhere more.
Has more options and easier to use.

Fully usable and fully automated. I really cant find better CP than H-Sphere.

Major advantage of VPS is it's low price. You can get a slice of a server at a fraction of dedicated server's price. If you don't need a full dedicated server, then a VPS is a good option for you.

Why? Cpanel seems to have more features, its definite disadvantage is the amount of CPU it takes.The minimal amount of CPU is 512MB RAM.
My personal recommendations for VPS plans are ServerPoint.com, VPSLand.com and Eurovps.com.
