web host problem

I am running my web server and hosting from my house thru dyndns.com. I just recently had to replace my netgear router. I have the router completely configured for my network and port 80 forwarding. now for the problem. I can access the sites from my job and other networks around my neighborhood. I can NOT access it from with-in my network. please help me. thanks.
