Ok my ISP blocks port 80 so I have to run no-ip to get around that. Now I need to find out what is a great and newbie program to use to find out what ports are open for me to run my webserver on.

see i use to have a program but i deleted it along with my hdd. i cant seem to remember where i got it so i was just wondering if anyone had one they have used before.
