Web hosts with PHP 5.x support

I am planning on doing some OOP coding in PHP. Since 5.x supports more OOP features than 4.x where can I find a reliable, affordable server that supports PHP 5.x . I need it for a site that could possibly have large amounts of traffic and a shopping cart.

Large amounts of traffic?

Could you be a bit more specific? 20GB? 50GB?... more?

Im not sure. I dont have the experience to estimate that right now. But im thinking somewhere around 50GB after the site has been around for a while. Lots of text/HTML files. But a plan which doesn't charge an arm an a leg for upgrades would be nice.
