do webhosting site provide complete forum with their service

hi guyz i wanted to get a web host and part of the package i choose include a forum. is it that i do not have to develop another forum again that i can just use the readymade forum there or i still have to design my own.

Nops they have forums which you can install in seconds. Just from Fantastico!

Pretty much EVERY control panel offers a script installer. However, you should probably consider a manual install of any forum. The process takes 5 mins and I am certain most hosts would help you if asked.

Manual installations will mean less permissions issues and assure that you will be installing the latest and most stable release of the application (often times script installers and or hosts are well behind in their script versions)

Some of the wb-masters, also installs illegal VBulletin for you for some money but if you will be caught, they will delete your hosting account!
