Website not accessible in many countries

I managed my web since June 2004, from March - August 2005 I got traffic about 600-1200 uniques/day, pagerank 4 in almost index of subdirectory and backlink about 300+.
I noted that in midth of september a lost a half of my visitors and now I lost more than that.
The problem was that my site was not accessible in many countries ( friends told me that they could not access it from, Australia, Japan, Belarusia, India and maybe other country).
I has asked my hosting company, but they told me that the site was fine according to DNS setting, and theorically its accessible all over the world.
I dont know much about DNS setting, traceroute, ping etc..

Perhaps somebody can be so generous help me with this trouble?

I hope that was a good sign.
About 4 days ago I asked my hosting provider to move my files to another server & I've been waiting for refreshed DNS.
It seems the DNS has refreshed (while I post this thread I havent seen Access denied for user: '1519@localhost....., but now I see it).

I could not correct that error because the new cpanel and ftp panel not accessible yet trough my computer.

Glad to hear that you easily accessed my website, I'll ask my another india's friend (that maybe use different ISP).
