I am not really sure what your "questions" are; you seem to have made several statements though.

If you are looking to host a website off of a system on your home network, the first thing you should do is examine your ToS (Terms of Service) agreement you have with your broadband provider to verify you have stated permission to do so.
If so, what you are then asking for is some way to dynamically assign a hostname.domainname to it so as to permit easier web access -- since those pesky octets are tough to recall. ;)

There are any number of dynamic hostname providers -- most of them free.
myserver.org comes to mind.

Was that your "question"?

Cheers.

Ahh, URL forwarding.

OK well, that question has been asked ans answered in this forum on many occasions.
I suggest a thorough 'search', to find the answer you seek.

Cheers.

Hmm. I did a search the day I typed that for 'URL AND forward*' -- the number one response had all the information you seek in it.

Cheers.
