What forums software does this forum use?

Just wondering id like to make a forum, soon and was looking for some good forum styles and i find this one the most appealing so could anyone tell me what this forum software is please?

The software is called phpBB, and it is free.

The theme is called smartDark, and it too is free.

Yes, and other then that they just used a few mods to do different things such as quick reply etc.

I download it its in a zip file and i double click it it opens up with several files then what? Do i install anything? Sry but i dnt kno much bout these things! Ty 4 link

then extract the files to yr local directory.
then, upload them to yr online server

check http://www.phpbb.com for further installation help.
their help file is step-by-step. pretty good.

when it opens up in winzip or whatever, have a look for a file called "readme.txt", "install.txt" or something similar, or try looking for a "docs" or "help" directory :)

vBulletin and IPB are some of the best forum software avliable. VB you have to pay for and IPB is free.
