Hi all

I was just wondering if anyone else had used Webtrends on demand? I'm thinking of paying for the service and was wanting to get some peoples experiences and also to ask how the Ondemand service works? Does it still need physical access to server logs or use embedded JavaScript?

Thanks

I've used Webtrends for a couple years. I'm not overly fond of it and don't see that it's worth the money. It's a bulky program and CPU and RAM intensive. In fact, a few months back I had a problem with it. One of the services kept failing and I haven't been able to get an updated report since. Since my maintenance agreement had expired, I had no interest in purchasing an upgrade. Personally, I like the reporting of AWstats even better. Just my 2 cents.

That does make a difference, in which case you'll probably find it satisfactory. I bought the actual program here for our company server. That's what I was refering to.
