Hi everyone! My name is Rick and I'm a real estate broker in Phoenix. I'm an aspiring webmaster and have built my own site. The site is currently a PR3. It needs much more content and some design changes.

Since the real estate markets down-turn I figured it was a good time to learn about attracting potential clients from the web. With sales slow and funds tight I figured if it's to be it's up to me. Unless, of course any of you hard core webmasters want to work for nothing. I've had my share of that lately.

Anyway, I hope to learn a lot from you guys and gals. I'm currently working on conversions and will soon start implementing my newly aquired conversion knowledge to my website. Thanks, Rick!
