I'm looking for writers for the two blogs of mine:

-money making blog
- real estate blog

I'm willing to pay 2$ per post of up to 250 words, 3 times a week or at least once a week. Payment is after the post has been done.

Your price is a little low. Try offering more money.

Nobody is going to work for $6/week. Look around at what other people are offering and base your price off of that. You may also want to include performance incentives.
