JOB OFFER: Coder needed for joint buisness

I would like to offer a job to a coder.

I am a webmaster and i have a website fully set up, i would like to have a few programs for the website, these programs will be sold and the profits will be shared between us. The program would preferably be in delphi, however C++ would definatly be acceptrable. The source would be shared between the admins in a group development as i am learning coding at the moment. It would also be good to have many coders so we could become a good and well know website.
