Hi,

Freelancers kindly post your rates for home page mockup and sub page mockup entitled to revisions. Design specifications will be provided in detail before commencing any project and reference sites will be provided. Long term relationship and expect minimum a project a week and not more than 3 projects a week. Kindly post link of your portfolio pertaining to websites design / flash / graphic work. Kindly post rates.
Design standard should be higher than or similar to designs located at http://www.comnet.com.sg/creative

May I ask why you want freelancer's to create mockups, vs. actual websites/pages?
