I need someone to make me a custom FLV player. I can give complete specs and graphics, just need someone to put it together.

Play video with some controls (duh), then at the end, load an XML file and display some alternate videos with some buttons. Basically just like every other video website out there, but I want a few custom features.

You are free to use any FLV player as a base to work from, if you can edit the graphics and add a few features.
