Overview
Are you looking to join an award-winning team? We are seeking a several User Interface (UI) Developers to join the team of this amazing, full-service Advertising Agency. Responsibilities include:

• Work from client-approved concepts or instructions from Creative or Art Director to build complete Flash experiences from start to finish including all animation, programming and multimedia for various client websites and rich media projects
• Work on projects to make sure that creative specs, project goals and deadlines are met
• Make revisions and subsequent versions with little supervision
• Remain flexible and sane in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Pay exceptional attention to details to maintain brand integrity
• Organize and archive digital assets

Requested
• 2+ years Flash & Actionscript development, preferably at a top-tier Agency
• Expert-level Flash CS3 experience including varying design and animation styles including:
- Advanced Class-based Actionscript 2/3
- Development Frameworks and APIs for AS 2/3
- XML
- Flash Video
- Audio Integration
- Interactive Game Development
- Flash Event Model
• Proficiency in traditional tween- and code-based animation
• Experience architecting RIAs and data-driven sites
• The ability to deconstruct and resize interactive Flash ads
• HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Illustrator
• Photoshop

Desired
• Knowledge of Flex, Air, Flash Media, Communication Servers
• UML
