We up and running but need templates flash tweaked, integrated and other back end development work needed.
On a dedicated server http://www.thegeekcommunity.com
We're a real paying customer. I need someone I can rely on to do expert work to help redo our look (I also have a designer doing minimal design work but not the heavy stuff). More work in the future.

Also need someone who can script an IQ test and integrate onto the site. This is not important at the moment but would be a nice extra.
