I have a few major projects in the pipeline and require an imaginative thinker. No experience necessary, but you have to be able to deliver a high quality product.

Your choice on how much and how often you want to do things. Only rule is you have to meet deadlines, with progress reports every now and then.

Salary based on a percentage of the cost of the project. Typically between 15% - 30%.
