Freelance Web Designer – Wanted.

Need a couple designers that are good at Photoshop and Dreamweaver, but not really looking for technicians, looking for creative people who REALLY want to design stuff and see their designs published and grow as desingers. I own a web design business and am looking for some new freelance talent, and have database guys and admin types, but need some creative energy. Send links to stuff you've worked on, and a couple links to sites that inspire you as a designer. You can work from where you are, unless you want to come see the sunshine here.

Is this a long-term job? Why do you prefer freelancers? You see we have designers who can work for you 5 days a week 8 hours a day.
