JOB OFFER: Help Needed Please.

Hi everyone
I am in the process of building my website, I would like for someone to help fill this big gap on my portal.
with a picture or flash intro I am a little familar with html but not swf.
I would greatly appreciate someone to help me on this and perhaps create a nice looking religious picture or small flash intro.
of course i would gladly pay for this,

im sure if its free just as much work etc would be put into it.
I feel I will pay as i cannot expect work to be done for free.
