JOB OFFER: Looking for extraordinary Programmer

Non Profit Fundraising Site: We need an expert programmer to:

1.Make it e-commerce enabled for about 10 SKU's.

3. Set up a template system so that causes and organizations can choose 1 of 2-3 templates and upload their videos and pictures and verbiage to highlight/communicate their causes.

4. Have a guestbook/web2.0 social network feature.

5. Have a viral mktg application like http://www.geni.com

In addition we are creating affiliate widgets that will allow us to put the fundraising program on other websites with links that go directly to the cause or to our homepage.

We need a programmer that understands business applications and GUI's. Looking for top shelf only, dont respond if you cant deliver great code and applications on a fast track timeline.
