JOB OFFER: Looking for a flash/web programmer from Toronto

My brother is a music producer and one of his clients is looking to create a website to showcase his music. He wants it to be flash based (although I'm trying to convince him to make it html/php based). He also wants to set up some e-commerce stuff to sell CD's and such. Anyway, I have got out of the game of web design and frankly dont have the time to do this for him, so I'm looking for some web designers from Toronto that might be up for the task.
