JOB OFFER: Looking for a great graphics designer

Hello everyone;

I have several websites online right now, and a few more still in their development stages. Im always looking to meet new people and upgrade the current content and appeal of each of my sites.

What Im looking for right now is some help making my graphics stand out a little more on one of my automotive sites http://www.importmodifications.com . If you check out the homepage and look at the current "join now" image I have under the membership heading.

I want to change this, I have made all of the graphics for this site on my own over the last four years but I really dont have much more experience than some very basic Photoshop Elements work.

I also need some great banners developed for our new affiliate program. If anyone here could help me out and provide me with some rough drafts I would be fully willing to offer a reasonable compensation.

I would also like to include a nice logo to promote the new car tuning forums I have created. This will also be displayed on the right side of the homepage where you currently see the "new forums" text.
