JOB OFFER: NEW COMMUNITY SITE which involves Java Scripting*

Very happy to be here...

I am currently seeking services for web developer to build 3 websites..I have all templates ready in photoshop CS. I`ve been told a lot of what I`m looking for requires Java Scripting.

1st will be community site allowing users to create profiles and post videos & photos of themselves. Users will be able to view jobs being posted from companies within UK. I would also like to see the site available via smart phone users but understand this requires specialist web developers.

2nd site will focus on all live events throughout UK & offer services for event organizers.

3rd site will be graphic design consultancy.

Turn around for 1st website I would like to see online in 3months time but any sooner would be bonus.

I would like to see what people have to say first,...not only am I looking for web developer but also need to look at some one long term to check on daily maintenance of site. Obviously the main task is to have the site up and running but there would be a position available for long term as well.
