osCommerce PHP/MySQL Developer to help with maintainance and upgrades

-- Available for hourly work. (This is not a full time job offer. )
I am looking for someone with solid OS Commerce experience and the ability to read and edit the php/mysql code as necessary on my site,
http://www.NorthcoastFootcare.com. I am currently working with one programmer, but need someone to help when he is too busy. This could be 5 hours one week, nothing for a few months, then 20 or 40 hours the next month. I prefer to communicate by email, but will communicate by IM or phone as necessary. I need to know that I can get timely responses with clear time frames for completing any work requested and estimates for costs.
