Brief,

To design and build an online video conferencing website that charges users buy the minute.

Purpose,

We offer an online training service. We want a new website that enables users to choose from a range of training conferences, each conference may have up to ten tutors but users will pay per minute and should be able to talk to a chosen tutor, but paying users should be able to communicate and share ideas via instant messaging.

We would like the communication to be an oral service but the tutors will be wearing Blue Tooth head sets to enable them to move and demonstrate without restriction.

Specification,

1. Users must be able to register and buy credits,
2. Users will then be able to choose from a selection of different video conversations.
3. The video connection is only one way, only the user paying will be able to see the video
4. Once the user has chosen the conversation they wish to join they will be charged by the minute.
5. At the conference side of the conversation there may be a number of different delegates, each will have a blue tooth listening device and should be able to communicate only with the user paying to speak to them. But paying users should be able to communication with each other via an instant messaging service.
6. Paying users should be able to leave feedback and a rating for there tutor after a service.
