JOB OFFER: PHP developer required for new web project

Hi there,

My name is Mark. I'm in the process of designing a new website and require a fully functioning CMS for the design.
I require the assistance of a web programmer to help me develop this new site that will be similar in function to http://www.hel-looks.com and http://www.streetpeeper.com.

I am quite comfortable with XHTML and CSS, so could design the template pages myself, so all I would need is the site programmed.
