JOB OFFER: PHP freelancer

I have a project for which I have purchased a template. Need someone to provide simple cms in PHP and database. Need a control panel for both admin and users.

The site will need minor alteration to template layout. All wording to be done by myself.

Plus let me know whether you can allow users to use a number of different templates to set up their profile.
