JOB OFFER: PHP & SQL Web Designer needed

I am in need of a PHP/My SQL web developer & graphic designer for my new social networking/dating site.

I am located in Toronto, Ontario CANADA and would prefer someone local so we could meet in person to develope this, IF possible.
If not then we'll just have to conduct our business online.

What I am looking for is something similar to the following:
lavalife, plentyoffish, match, myspace, hi5, etc.
However, I want something much more visually (graphically) appealing than those just mentioned.

I need someone to create the site from start to finish including ALL graphic design & database work.
