JOB OFFER: phpbb database restore expertise needed

We have a phpbb discussion forum database that we need assistance in restoring. The original board was hacked, so all we have left is backup files, but these only appear to be "data-only" backups (various backups are between 112MB and 132 MB in size) performed via the phpbb interface.

In any event, we need someone to restore these either to a fresh install (if done in the next few days) or on top of an existing but new board.
