i am just shopping around atm but i need something programmed for me.

what i would like is a web based torrent software that can run off web servers, for example a forum just upload and install and there you go.

i know there are software like torrent flux but you need a dedicated server for it to work so i need a web based torrent program to be build that i can run off the web server.

i need to be able to host the files off the server as well, i already have a tracker set up on the hosting server, i need it to be able it to do everything that torrent software can do like azureus or bitcomet but just web based.
