I'm looking for somebody that can remake http://www.askjolene.com .
Main focus on the search and the relevance.

With an option to add FHG's (per sponsor) in the backend that can be spiderred by the system and be showed on relevance.

No standard MYSQL, since the database will not hold large volumes of traffic.

I have serious investment options and can make a deal with a (Team) of programmers that are able to establish this. Only serious programmers with a resume and decent portfolio need to reply.

I understand programming this will take at least 6 months, till up and running, debugged and fully featured.

I'll check this thread daily

I need to add that this project would need to be able to manage over 100 queries per second. Besides the crawler must be able to find "adult" galleries and recognize them as them. From investigation we know there are about 1.500.000 galleries ( adult advertisement pages ). These pages need to be spidered daily to see if content is not changed. Would you be able to build the specifier/tokenizer?
Would you be ablt to autocreate preview thumbs ? How owuld you solve the spidering so data cna be managed ? Are you able to build a spider cockpit where a list of sites can be maneged?

Money is no issue here

What are you saying that you WON'T be paying for this?

I think hes saying that he handle any money requests, weather its 10 bucks an hour or 100.
