I have a couple of sites hosted at host gator.
I have a small problem that is beyond my skills to impliment.

My sites are for the french/francophone communities.
I would like to be able to limit traffic to only the francophone communities.

IE: Québec, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Monaco.

All others are re-directed or given an error.
Some decent commentary in the documentation or a walk through would be appreciated so I can do this for myself later.
