Im looking into starting my own website which will be a guide site.

I have a domain name to use and im writing guides constantly for the site.

What i require is someone to design a page layout which could be replicated to make many more pages as theres going to be around 200

a logo/header would be required with this layout.

I need to be able to edit and add content myself. as well as change images all i have is photoshop and frontpage / dreamweaver.
