Requirements:
* Experience with Photoshop, or a similar Graphics Program.
* The ability to create web graphics and layouts in both a .PSD format and in sliced .GIF files.
Not required, but will help:
* Highschool or Highschool Equivilency Graduate
* Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Previous or Current website owner/administrator
