I run a web design and development company. I am interested in outsourcing work to freelance web designers and graphics designers.

Skills set: Photoshop, Flash, HTML.
Scope of work: Layout design, Logo design, custom graphcis, templates, html, css, asp

What I am looking for is "fresh and creative" designs and ideas so more than experience I am interested in looking at the samples of work you can provide. Freshers can apply too.
