JOB OFFER: Web Hosting Template and Coder Needed

I am in need of a new design for my web hosting site. Something professional and clean. Does not have to be unique but has to look good. Here are a few requirments

*Must have section for small livechat button on main page
*Must have good spot for some small content on main page
*Must have user login and domain search available
*Not looking to pay more than $30 for a template (plus another 25 or so for coding)..as i said, this template does not have to be custom
*I can provide you with some samples of what I am looking for

I will be looking to add sub pages and things to this so I want that to be fairly easy.
