JOB OFFER: Web Template Designer

I am hoping to start up a website in the next month which I hope will be able to deal with a large amount of traffic. Basically i am hoping somebody might be able to put together a basic template of a modern website which will be easy to maintain and easy to SEO as well (So no Frames). It would be brilliant if it was animated and generally really quick to access.

To be honest, i know who i want to do it for me, although i will wait and see if this person offers to put together a website.

With regards to pay, then just quote me prices and i will get back to you. Depending on the success of the website, i can assure you that you will recieve a long term overall payment which i am sure will be really good. Once again, it all goes down to the success of the site, of which i really do believe it will work.

Any specific colours for the colour scheme?

Possibly light colours such as blue and red, or even orange. I will be more specific in the future when i do decide to go ahead with somedody.
