Hi,
I'm in the search of a webdesigner that I can outsource a few future projects. I work primiarly with real estate agents and thus would need a designer who have had some experience with designing real estate websites.

Right now, I'm currently working with a designer but I think she might be leaving soon for other stuff. I was currently paying her $100 for a blog skin.
She's designed blog skins for Blogger, Typepad, Squarespace (which is more of a CMS), and Wordpress. She did great work, so I will miss her.

Hence, I would need someone who knows how to design weblog skins for some of my real estate clients in the future.
