Overview:
Serves as an internal resource to iCIMS for web-based projects that fall outside the scope of our products and client-based requests. Includes creating developing web-based tools and maintaining various sites such as the corporate web site, customer care site, and internal web sites for employees. The position requires significant backend web programming.
Responsibilities:
-- Build, modify and maintain iCIMS web sites, including the corporate web site and customer care site
- Take materials created by a web designer and incorporating them into the web site and programming/scripting to implement features or pages as designed by the web designer
- Optimize iCIMS web sites for better search engine visibility and author search engine friendly content
- Develop new internal web sites or pages, including material for employees
- Review the performance of the corporate site through analyzing traffic patterns, user responses, and search engine ranking
- Responsible for technology decisions that relate to the web site
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
- 1~3 years of related job experience
- Experience in web development Microsoft ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript and similar technologies
- Experience in web design using HTML, Javascript, CSS
- Experience in optimizing search engine results
- Experience in database development using SQL is a plus
