The Mission:
We are looking for a Webmaster/Internet Marketing Manager who will take the lead role, overhauling and managing the content, design, structure and backend infrastructure of our client's internal and external websites.

With a solid understanding of backend infrastructure as well as a strong communications background - you know how to establish a dominant web presence that will showcase our client as a leader in their industry. You will work alongside third-party companies to ensure our client's online strategies are maximized to their greatest sales and marketing potential.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively perform a variety of deadline-driven projects.

Experience and Expertise:
You have a solid understanding of web infrastructure and know how to successfully develop and launch online marketing strategies.

Extensive website experience, you know how to effectively manage the website's graphic design/layout, content, enhancement requests, postings and forms. You know how to keep on top of the tracking of marketing campaigns ensuring that our client maximizes on interested visitors.

Strong understanding of HTML, dHTML, CSS, PHP, Perl and javascript an asset (LAMP).

Cash and Prizes:
A great package for $80k - $90k with 401K, benefits ect. highly skilled candidates with front and backend experience will see even higher compensation.

I see...Because maybe they will opt for someone who can handle multiple tasks, work for 6 days a week 8 hours a day, submit daily report, but out of the office.

Not sure. I think that because the role is more than a webmaster - it includes some marketing as well, that is why it is in-house.

Marketing is really P2P? It's a smart way to do it online to cover more customers right?
