I need a website created to start a company that statisfy one Niche. I would like a site similar to http://www.elance.com but for one service.

This means I would need an administrator login as well as clients.

I am working on a Budget of 200 - 450

What programming languages will you require, i can provide the php and sql for your project.

Just one question, is this a paid position?

Why would you offer to do it for free when the poster is offering 200 - 450 dollars (I think). That isn't very smart.

Plus, contact the origional poster if you are interested by PM.

Cityrock, could you please specify exactly what "Budget of 200 - 450" is ?

People from all over the world visit Ozzu, 200 pounds isn't the same as 200 US dollars.

I'm guessing it's US dollars going on your statement "This America", but for all we know you could mean 200 - 450 jellybeans...
