JOB OFFER: Website Design Wanted

Good Afternoon -

I am in need of a web designer to build a website for me. I currently have a business site running. However, it needs a makeover. I am looking for the following:

Complete website re-design.
My preference is to have a woman do it simply because it is a jewelry site and needs a woman's touch.
I believe there will be one page that will have Flash.
I currently have a Mac with Adobe Creative Suite 3 and Dreamweaver. I would like the site designed on Dreamweaver because I may feel the urge to add things at a later date.
I have all the copy and photos available.
I also have existing marketing materials of which I would like to employ some of the same colors.
My preference is that you have Skype so we can chat about the design.
I will make partial payments as the design progresses.
