JOB OFFER: Website Overhaul Needed

Hello! My website needs major work. I designed it myself using the Yahoo website builder, but it still isn't what I would like it to look like. I would like to turn it more into a modern portfolio look so my customers can come onto my site and view my work like art. I am in the stationary business and there is not alot of web templates if any out there that meet my requirement. I attached some sites samples I like so you can get an idea of my taste and what I am looking for. I am open to any ideas or suggestions. Nothing I have done so far can not be changed including the logo and colors.

The only thing is I don't have much of a budget right now to redesign it. I have the new creative suite CS 2.3 package on my computer so whatever you do must work with dreamweaver. I am willing to barter my services for yours. If you need personalized stationary, invitations for any upcoming event I can definitely help you. This would be great for someone who is getting ready to have a baby for birth announcements or anyone who is getting married soon. You can get your invitations or announcements done for free. I also do other events such as corporate parties, birthdays, anniversaries, etc....
