JOB OFFER: Write a simple program to connect sites.

I have a travel related content website that is being created as we speak. Basically, I need a program that will enable my visitors to:

1) type their LAST NAME and FLIGHT CODE in my website.
2) the program will access another FREE website, insert these 2 pieces of data, and store the results that it provides(just a few).
3) These results will be shown on my website. This is sort of like the mash ups that are appearing lately on the web.

Could you provide the site you mentioned? What language is your site being written in? (PHP / ASP?)
